Juliana Huxtable (b. 1987, Bryan-College Station, Texas) explores the fragmented, mutating, and mutable nature of identity, utilizing race, gender, and queerness as mediums to explore the possibilities of a post-identity politics.
Her works have been presented at New Museum of Contemporary Art, New York (2015); Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (2015); MoMA PS1, New York (2014); White Columns, New York (2014); Whitney Museum of American Art, New York (2014); Frieze Projects, London (2014), among others. She is a graduate of Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson (2010).
